The most striking feature of the GRAND CHAIR is the distinctive dual-section design of its seat shell. This also reveals the chair’s construction. The shell comprises two identical moulded wood sections, each of which was separately upholstered and then assembled. However, to simplify the production process, moulded foam is now used. In addition to its suitability as a conference chair, the GRAND CHAIR is also perfect in waiting areas or in conjunction with a dining table. The Grand Chair was nominated for the renowned German Design Award Special Mention 2016.
